Day # 1 (Thursday, October 9th)

8:00 - 10:00 AM Check-in & registration

10:00 - 10:30 AM Welcome & Orientation

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Introduction of full panel of US guests for overview discussion on their background, songwriting, production, performance, and Q & A

12:30 - 1:30 PM Lunch break

1:30 - 3:30 PM Songwriting Master class taught by Alan Roy Scott with participation of other US guests, featuring the theory of "contrast" and supporting examples and methods.

3:30 - 6:30 PM At the end of the teaching session, an initial collaboration exercise (# 1) utilizing the contrast theory will be given, and groups will be selected to work together on this assignment for the rest of the afternoon.

6:30 - 7:30 PM Dinner break

7: 30 - 9:30 PM "In-The-Round" Concert featuring the invited US guests and local friends

9:30 - 11:00 PM Optional "Song Circle" for participants. (Participants can perform their existing songs as desired)

Day # 2 Friday, October 10th

8:30 - 9:30 AM Daily Registration

9:30 - 11:00 AM Voluntary presentation of some of the songs written in collaboration assignment (#1) for critique and analysis by invited US guests

11:00 - 1:00 PM The Art of Lyrics Master Class taught by Pamela Phillips Oland.

At the end of this session, collaboration exercise (#2) will be assigned.

1:00 - 2:00 PM Lunch Break

2:00 - 4:00 PM Production and Performance Master Class taught by Michael Jay, Wendy Waldman, Harold Payne, & Alan Roy Scott

4:00 - 8:00 PM Time allotted for working on collaboration assignment (#2). Dinner should also be taken during these hours

8:00 - 10:00 PM Voluntary presentation of songs written in collaboration assignment (#2) for critique and analysis by invited US guests

10:00 - 11:30 PM Optional "Song Circle" for participants.

Day # 3 Saturday, October 11th

8:30 - 9:00 AM Final Daily Registration

9:00 - 11:00 AM Writing, Performing, and Producing for the Christian market taught by John Mandeville

11:00 - 11:30 AM The final collaboration assignment (#3) is given out

11:30 - 12:30 PM Lunch break

12:30 - 3:30 PM Time allotted for working on final collaboration assignment (#3).

3:30 - 5:00 PM Voluntary presentation of songs written in the final collaboration assignment (#3) for critique and analysis by invited US guests

5:00 - 6:00 PM Selection of songs chosen from ALL collaboration exercises for Closing concert

6:00 - 8:30 PM Participants Rehearse for Closing Concert. Dinner should also be taken during this time.

8:30 - 10:30 PM "Closing Concert" for family, friends and other participants featuring performances of selected songs from the various collaboration writing assignments, plus additional guest performances.

11:00 PM - ? Farewell "After Party" at Hard Rock Cafe
